10 hours of consultation time can be used to

brainstorm, to analyse, deep dive, design, collaborate with you and your team to address challenges.  

Working Sessions are held 2 - 3 times a month to work through your challenges to arrive at a solution. Exercises are offered at the end of each session, or we use the time to drill down

6 hours of intense working session with me, where we dive in to collaborate, design, address, analyse specific agency challenges with you or your team. 

When you're clear about the problem you want to solve, sometimes you just need an objective operations agency advocate to help you turn things around quickly.
